Beginners to Advanced – FLEXR6 Personal Training!

Personal Training is back at FLEXR6HQ Canberra! One to one training in our air conditioned studio for beginners to advanced trainers! 

Beginners to advanced trainers are most welcome to train at FLEXR6HQ Canberra where Ken Ross will impart his 33 years of training experience into each session.

Personal Training: Mon – Sat $50 per 45min session or join one of our Better Health Programs OR become a Team Flexr6 Competitor then it is only $25 per 45min session.

FLEXR6HQ has the following equipment:

Standing Calf Raise, Seated Calf Raise, Pec Deck, Rear Delt Machine, Smith Machine, Dip bars, Lying Leg Raise, Leg Extension, Cable Crossover, Lat Pulldown, Seated Cable Row, Squat Machine, Power Rack, Leg Press, Hack Squat, GHD Raise, Dumbells up to 60kg, 1500kg in plates, Boxing, Bands, Chains & Exercise Bike.

We understand that daily personal training is not affordable to most of us. To counter this we provide exclusive use of the Flexr6 Global App to all our clients who sign up for a Better Health Program or a Competition Preparation. Using the Flexr6 Global App with your Flexr6 Better Health Program or Flexr6 Competition Preparation will provide you with your nutrition and training plan throughout the duration of your program. The Flexr6 Global App is your own personal trainer when you are not at FLEXR6HQ!

  • Post your Personal Best workouts on Facebook!
  • Access your workouts
  • Print out your workouts
  • Start and track stats for your workout
  • View past stats for each exercise and set to see where to start

  • Launch the rest and interval timer
  • Stream video to watch how the exercise needs to be performed
  • Take and upload progress photos
  • Take and upload measurements
  • Schedule in workouts and cardio
  • Move scheduled workouts if needed
  • Message your Flexr6 trainer
  • Message your Team members
  • Receive your weekly diet plan
  • Have early access to your weekly food and Bioflex supplement shopping list
  • Print out your weekly diet plan
