Team Flexr6 will be attending the Australian IFBB Pro Bodybuilding Grand Prix XIII on 9 March 2013 at The Plenary, MCEC. This is a fantastic event promoted by Tony Doherty. This will be the 11th Grand Prix show that Flexr6 has attended. Flexr6 HQ, located in Canberra has over 150 pictures and posters of Pro bodybuilders from this show adorning its walls.
Attending this show in 2006 was the catalyst for me to take the massive step from the gym to the bodybuilding stage in 2007. As I embark on my journey to many bodybuilding stages in 2013 I will draw my inspiration, once again from the athletes on stage in Melbourne.
