Some of the factors that impact on you and your body are weather, stress, illness & injury. The X factors are the unknown impacts in your life and many of these surround nutrition and what we ingest, and don’t ingest. Keeping the gut calm, the blood sugar regular, the vitamin and minerals balanced and the hydration optimal are the four keys.
