If you are looking to be onstage from March – July 2019 then now is the time to commence your 2019 Comp Prep. At Flexr6 we use the following rationale for your 2019 Comp Prep program:
October – establishment, preparation and transition to the program
November – Consolidating your training and nutrition. Results are becoming very apparent now.
December – the first half of the month we start to increase the intensity and make some serious gains in the gym and reductions with the tape measure! The second half of the month allows you to enjoy all the holiday festivities with your friends & family.
January – you commence the new year in better condition physically and mentally than when you started your 2019 Comp Prep October. If you start a 2019 Comp Prep in January you are at serious risk of carrying more bodyfat, less muscle and a holiday mindset when you should be 100% switched on and ready.
Any month – it is likely that for a cumulative total of 30 days or more throughout your 2019 Comp Prep you will be ill, injured or unable to adhere to your nutrition or training program for whatever reason.
February – this is where you really make some noticeable advancements toward stage conditioning.
March/April – the final refinement months where the Flexr6 2019 Comp Prep program delivers you to the stage in the condition of your life!
As can be seen if you lose your month, when starting in January, your 2019 Comp Prep could be reduced to 8 weeks! This is not enough time for a new competitor to be stage ready, with impact!
A Flexr6 2019 Comp Prep is of a longer duration to enable you to get onstage in a safe and natural manner. For first time competitors a comp prep can be daunting and often insurmountable. Our aim at Flexr6 is to finish what we started, with success!
