After just three weeks with Team Flexr6 Sean then placed 1st in Men’s Physique Open at the 2016 INBA Melbourne Supershow on 17 April.
Then on 1 May 2016 Sean placed 2nd in the INBA Southern Cross Pro Qualifier earning his INBA Australia Pro Card!
Sean’s commitment to his Team Flexr6 Complete Competition Preparation Program for the 5 weeks enabled him to become the latest pro in the team Flexr6 ranks.
Sean has now embarked on the Team Flexr6 Muscle Up Program to add some size to his physique for his return to the stage in INBA Season B 2016.
