  • Depression – you tend to want to sleep more during the day
  • Laziness – the less you do, the less you want to do
  • Obesity – your body is not designed to function in this state
  • Exercise – excessive amounts can cause fatigue over the long term

Many of these go hand in hand. In fact, a lot of people will have all these factors in their life. By addressing these one by one in a systematic manner will bring you out of your slumber!
